Kup of Joy was founded by Kevin Cherep, a nonprofit executive, strategist, and certified HeartMath™ trainer with nearly 30 years of leadership experience. His journey spans service in the U.S. Navy, roles in the C-suite, and decades of nonprofit growth helping organizations raise hundreds of millions of dollars and expand their impact worldwide.

Kevin launched Kup of Joy to bring strategy and soul together helping nonprofits navigate complexity, build resilience, and create futures that are as sustainable as they are inspiring.
